  • I was in a situation where I need a homecare coder ASAP as our only coder give notice unexpectedly; we had one week to get someone trained and up and running. I contacted 3 agencies for support. 2 agencies were not able to deliver on this specialized need in the timeframe requested. I received a call from Patrick at Harmony within a ½ hour of the request indicating that Harmony was not only able to support, but had someone available to start immediately!Patrick was the first to respond and the first to follow up on my questions.   • Harmony Healthcare is a great place to work. They don't just care about the quality and quantity of work that is being produced but they truly care about the people producing the work. I work remotely but my account manager, Dave, took the time to get to know me. He asks about me and my family like a boss in a brick and mortar setting would do.Last week my brother-in-law passed away suddenly. Dave and Harmony Healthcare sent flowers that arrived on a very difficult day. When I called to say thank you and I didn't sound like my self Dave took it upon himself to call and check in on me a couple days later. He didn't bring up work, just asked how my family and I were doing and asked if there was anything else he could do.It is refreshing to work remotely for a company that still treats you like an individual and not just an email to assign work to. The people at Harmony healthcare really know and value their employees and let their employees know how much they are valued and appreciated on a regular basis.

However, I can say with great assurance that I hit the jackpot with Harmony Healthcare. I have been very fortunate to have wonderful managers in my working career, but Dave is at the top of my list.
