Susan Gail Taylor brings several years of diverse marketing experience to her role as Manager, Marketing at Harmony Healthcare. Prior to joining Harmony, she managed content marketing in the health insurance and healthcare arenas. She also thrived in academia for over 6 years as an instructor. She taught composition courses focusing on technical writing and writing for social action at state universities, private universities, and community colleges In Arkansas and in Florida. Susan holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional and Technical Writing as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She also earned her a Certificate in Digital Marketing from University of South Florida.
