Randy has 35+ years of experience in the professional services industry highlighted by 20 years in executive leadership.

Prior to joining Harmony Healthcare, Randy performed various consulting engagements through his company Westshore Business Solutions. These engagements encompassed advisory services, operational performance improvements and acquisition strategies.
From February 2007 through July 2018, Randy served as Vice President for TEKsystems (a division of Allegis Group). In that capacity, Randy was responsible for leading a wide range of functions for the company’s professional services division on a global basis. The professional services division grew during his tenure from $100M to $600M in annual revenue. In addition, Randy also was responsible for the company’s M&A activities.
Randy joined TEKsystems in February 2007 through its acquisition of Computer Horizons Corp. (CHC) a $350M publicly held company. Randy joined CHC in 1986 where he initially worked in field leadership and throughout his 21-year career was promoted to District Manager, Regional Director, Vice President, and finally President of the Commercial Services Division. While President of CHC, Randy was responsible for directing his division’s sales, service delivery, legal, human resources, and financial operations and was a central figure in orchestrating the divestiture of its assets to TEKsystems in 2007.
Randy is a member of the Saint Vincent DePaul Society and serves on various volunteer boards. Randy attended The Ohio State University and possesses a degree in engineering. He resides in Tampa with his wife of 33 years, and they have two adult children.
