Description
Seeking candidate with Acute Care Hospital inpatient auditing experience and at least 1 year experience auditing. The HB Coding Auditor is proficient in acute care hospital inpatient coding. The HB Coding Auditor is responsible for performing coding quality audits, providing feedback to coder. Requires proficiency in ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, policies, laws, and guidelines that impact coding and reporting. Candidate must have one year of experience auditing of coding or two years education. No Hire States:CA, HI, NJ, NY, ND, OH, OR, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, WA, NY. Technology/Software: Must have recent experience in Epic and 3M. Meetings are required. Firm on Mon-Fri, 8am -5pm, although client says she is typically flexible if someone wants to start earlier or later. Daytime schedule only.
