Brandon brings over 10 years of Human Capital Management experience to Harmony Healthcare. His character, hard work and “can do” mentality serve as a cultural example to his more than 500 employees.
Brandon attributes much of his leadership style to his time as a student athlete at Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he learned the values of hard work, sacrifice and leading by example. “Being a dedicated student athlete helped establish important life habits that have perpetuated throughout my professional career.”
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, while achieving numerous athletic accolades, including being named a first team All American & Conference Defensive Player of the Year. His dedication culminated with being titled Butler University’s Male Athlete of the year in 2003.
Armed with his proven competitive drive, Brandon began his career in healthcare staffing in 2005. Staffing quickly provided Brandon with a platform we refer to as “mental athletics” — or new challenges each day that need to be resolved quickly without taking shortcuts. Combined with strong leadership and capable teams, his talents helped catapult two separate publicly traded organizations to new revenue heights.
In June of 2011, Brandon was personally recruited by CEO Christian HG Brown to help build the foundation for an organic startup company, Harmony Healthcare. As of today, this venture employs over 550 people nationally and has earned the distinction of being named the third fastest-growing company in the Tampa Bay area over an audited three-year period and seventh-fastest in Florida.
In October of 2015, Brandon was honored by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as an “Up and Comer,” an elite honor representing Tampa Bay’s business leaders of tomorrow.
“Brandon has been a truly dynamic part of Harmony, leading and steadying our drive to excellence,” Brown said.
Brandon now serves as the Vice President of Client Solutions for Harmony Healthcare. He’s directly responsible for leading the company’s business development and client relationship management strategies.
