Meet Lexi Gauslow, Harmony Healthcare Recruiter

 

1. What motivates you to wake up and go to work?

I really enjoy the people I work with – both coworkers and consultants.

2. Tell us about a funny high school memory.

My nickname was Lighthouse because you could see me coming from anywhere. I was tall with a beacon of blonde hair, and I was usually near the water.

3. If you could learn to do anything, what would it be and why?

I’d love to learn to speak as many languages as possible. I think they are an important part of culture, and I have always loved to travel and meet new people from all over the world.

4. Name 3 actors you’d want to play you at different phases of your life and tell us why.

5. Create a soundtrack to your life with just 5 songs.

6. How do you define success?

Constantly getting better and putting in your all. For me, it’s all about beating your own personal record and helping others along the way.

7. What’s one thing you’re really good at?

Swimming and teaching people to do so. I used to compete, and I basically lived in the water growing up.

8. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

This quote from Maya Angelou has always stuck with me, and I do my best to live my life by it:

“I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
