Cindy brings over 20 years of leadership and hands-on experience in operations and human resources to her role as Harmony Healthcare’s Senior Director, Administration.

Prior to joining Harmony, Cindy held management roles in operations for Jones Lang LaSalle (formerly The Staubach Company), a global commercial real estate firm. Previously, Cindy was office manager at ARCADIS (formerly Blasland, Bouck & Lee, Inc.) successfully assisting leadership with staff capacity and office growth.

With an extensive background in transforming sizeable enterprise operations, Cindy joined Harmony with a results-driven record of notable achievements.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Tampa where she graduated cum laude. Cindy was selected as a finalist for the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2016 Business Woman of the Year Awards, honoring the accomplishments of successful business women in the Tampa Bay area.
