Denise Ball

Denise brings over 30 years of health information management experience to Harmony Healthcare. Starting out as front desk receptionist, she learned all positions available in her department. Upon discovering a passion for coding, she participated in the Home Grown Coding Program offered by her facility, eventually earning her CCS from AHIMA. Since then she was promoted to DRG Coordinator and eventually the Coding Manager of a large academic facility. Over the years Denise has worked in facilities in Texas, Michigan, and Florida. The hospitals ranged from small community facilities to large academic/trauma facilities. In February of 2019, Denise joined the corporate staff of Harmony Healthcare as the Senior Coding Quality Auditor. Contact her at dball@harmony.solutions.
