About Austin

From Game Operations to Healthcare Operational Excellence

Austin brings several years of sales and operations management experience to his role as Harmony Healthcare's Director, Operational Support.

Prior to joining Harmony, Austin worked in ticket sales, sponsorship sales, and game operations in the sport management field. His time there ranged from selling tickets to major college football games to becoming the Director of Game Operations for a minor league hockey team.

In 2015, his career path transitioned to healthcare staffing, and he landed his role as an Account Executive at Harmony. During his 3 years in that role, Austin discovered his passion for project management and collaborating closely with both clients and consultants. He transitioned over to Harmony's Client Services team, and eventually formed the Operational Support team.

Austin received his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in 2012 and currently lives with his wife and daughter in Tampa.
