As Director of Operational Support, Austin leads the teams and processes that help ensure the successful delivery of Harmony Healthcare's workforce and consulting solutions. He works across departments to optimize operations, support client engagements, and create scalable processes that enhance both client and consultant experiences.

Since joining Harmony in 2015, Austin has played an important role in the company's growth and operational evolution. Beginning his career with Harmony as an Account Executive, he developed a deep understanding of client needs and service delivery before transitioning into operational leadership. His passion for project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration ultimately led to the creation and growth of Harmony's Operational Support team.
