Driving Coding Quality Through Research, Auditing, and Education

Jennifer Latva serves as Manager of the Coding Solutions team at Harmony, where she oversees quality auditing and education initiatives for Harmony coders and auditors. She began her career supporting private, physician-owned clinics before transitioning into the hospital and facility setting, gaining comprehensive insight across diverse care environments.

Jennifer further expanded her expertise while serving as a Nosology Analyst with 3M (now Solventum), strengthening her foundation in coding accuracy, classification systems, and regulatory compliance. She later joined Harmony as a Quality Auditing Lead and subsequently advanced to manage the department.

A respected healthcare revenue cycle leader, Jennifer is recognized for her research-driven and detail-oriented approach to complex coding and compliance challenges. With more than 20 years of experience in outpatient and professional services (ProFee) auditing and coding, she brings deep expertise across the revenue cycle and quality reporting landscape.

Jennifer has successfully trained, mentored, and developed high-performing teams with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. Her leadership supports coding integrity and alignment with regulatory standards.
