Robert (often called Bobby) brings over 20 years of sales and leadership experience to Harmony Healthcare. He prides himself on his integrity and hard work, both of which are evident in his approach. His team will proudly tell you that he leads from the front and never as if he's above.
Robert's leadership style stems from his life as a student athlete and lifelong teammate at Fordham University in New York City. It is there he learned the art of hard work and leading by example. He also received several accolades, including 2 years as captain of the baseball team.
He began his career with Harmony in 2014 and considers himself fortunate to have led from both sides of the house. This includes a directorship in the recruiting and client solutions teams, roles that provided him with the experience needed to develop a well-rounded approach.
Robert enjoys spending his off time either on the golf course or surrounded by water. He counts his main source of entertainment as spending his free time with his two daughters and his wife of over 10 years.
